Starting immediately, the Clubhouse and amenities area of the HOA will be closed to everyone. We will keep them closed until we get word
from our governing authorities that they feel it is safe to open them back up.
We imagine it will coincide with the opening of the schools if that is done before the summer months.
The Board of Directors have cancelled all board meetings and will not be using the clubhouse until it is opened again.
We will use technology to stay in contact and continue to take care of the business of the HOA.
If you have a scheduled event at the clubhouse, we will keep it on the calendar in case we are able to open it back up prior to
your scheduled time. We believe they are predicting this limiting of social contact to last around 8 weeks. The CDC and Covid 19 task
have asked that there not be any gathering of more than 10 people at any one place.
We know this may be an inconvenience for some, but we feel it is in the best interest of our entire community. We will let you know as
soon as we are able to reopen the clubhouse and amenities area.
